İs my parcel still in Shenzhen Airport ? Can i get information about my parcel ? Thanks.. :)

RB849200273CN should go to Beijing airport first, then transit to Turkey. However, our system shows it arrived Beijing on Nov 10, then returned back to Shenzhen on Nov 21. this is a bad news. Normally this means the parcel will be returned to shipper sooner or later and you will NOT receive this parcel.
