Dear admin, my parcel has been sent in 6th of November and still have not received it. When I track it, the status shows delivery to the airport (Beijing) since 25th of November. Please, could you tell me where my parcel is and why it is late?

In Bulgarian post office still no info.

if parcel stuck in Beijing over 30 days, and does not change status. Normally it means the parcel has been returned to shipper or lost. You have to file non-receipt dispute as soon as possible.
