can any one help me where is my parcel RB775486174CN

please help me i had parcel with tracking no RB775486174CN from 16 nov 2013 it has no update it has not reached yet and my seller is also not responding anything please any one help me

RB775486174CN was sent to airline on Dec 9 in Beijing. Normally you should have received this parcel now. I believe the parcel might be lost. You'd better file a non-receipt dispute with paypal or aliexpress as soon as possible.

are u sure the parcel is lost because my seller is not responding and i had paid him through wire transfer so please help me RB775486174CN
