It has been more than a month. I know its busy this Christmas Season but why is china post spamming with the same update on different dates. Can anybody help?

RB751938538CN has problem to catch flight. It might be lost or rejected by airline. You'd file non-receipt dispute as soon as possible. check following post:

How can I confirm whether the parcel has been lost.

If the parcel is lost, the tracking status will stuck in some place and never change.
