RB741292727CN was sent to airline on Dec 15. You need wait another 2 to 4 weeks to get it.

Airline will not tell China Post if the parcel has caught flight and when the parcel left China. Normally the parcel will stay in airline warehouse for about 1 to 3 weeks.
