Hello,

Can someone please try to help me find my parcels?
The orders have been placed on August 27th, but the status on the tracking site has not changed since September 14th.
The status says: Departure from outward office of exchange
According to the seller, the parcels should be in the Netherlands already, but nothing has been delivered yet.
I would really appreciate the help!

RB628451593CN left Beijing sorting center on Sep 14. It is on the way to Netherlands. Many parcels were stuck in Beijing aiport due to National holiday. So please be patient and the parcel will be sent out very soon.

Beijing airport experienced serious shortage of airline space and upgraded security check in Sep. Millions of parcels were delayed in Beijing airport. So you need to be patient and wait some more time.
