RB450302747CN was given to airline on Oct 29. Normally it will arrive USA in two or three weeks. you can wait another week, it you still can not get it, it might be returned to shipper.

RB450302747CN should have already been returned to shipper. You'd better file a non-receipt dispute to protect your money. check following post:
