My parcel is not traceable... the status updated on your site was more than a month back.

This is the message that has showing for about 45 days now.

I would like to understand the exact status of where the parcel is and how can I get it...

please help.

Kalkata customs has big problem on import customs clearance. many parcels are delayed and lost there. some person in this forum suggest that you need go the customs office, pay some tips to the officer in order to get the parcel.
