I ordered this package on October 18th, 2013. It said 13-24 days. It's now November 21st, 2013 and I still haven't gotten it yet. I check the site Dhgate.com and there is no further information on what's going on. It says it's still in China?? I don't understand why this one package is taking so long and why no one has notified me or is doing anything about it? I either want this situation handled or I want a new package sent to me? I need a reply as soon as possible, because I am very, very upset about this. Someone needs to do something about this.

this year China Post has more delay than last year because of the higher shipping volume. I believe your parcel should have already been returned to shipper due to lack of space. Check following post:
