Could you give any information about RB340513474CN, which is stuck since the 21st of October at inward office of exchange. Is there any hope to receive the parcel in Russia or it was shipped back to the seller? Thank you

If parcel status stuck in some place over one month, normally this means the parcel was returned to shipper or lost. You should file non-receipt dispute immediately.
