Hi, I ordered on 14.11. item arrived in Germany on 30.11. tracking id RB261918698CN says final delivery since 3rd december but I havent recieved it until today. Is it lost? Or where can I get another information? Thanks

German Post(DHL) is the local delivery agent of China Post in Germany. You should contact them to inquiry parcel detail.
