Can you please help with understanding the tracking on this item?
It was shipped on 31st October - Tracking says PVG with NULL activity since 28/11...
When is this likely to reach New Zealand?

RB193494581CN is in Shanghai waiting for airline space to NZ. You should get it by Dec 15. If not, then you can file a non-receipt dispute with ebay or paypal, you will get refund then.
