I bought an item on ebay on November 19, 2013 and I was given this tracking number RB120861846CN. I checked on the China Post web site and I saw that it is still in Beijing, why does it takes so long to leave China?

RB120861846CN was given to airline on Dec 15. Please wait another 3 to 5 weeks to get the parcel. As the parcel is very slow to Jamaica, you can file non-receipt dispute in ebay or paypal to protect the money in case of lost. Paypal has a 45 days deadline to file this dispute.
