After talking to the seller, it is claimed that goods have been sent on 08.11.2013 but this shipment has not arrived yet.

RB047791284CN stuck in Beijing over one month without updating any new information. It might be returned to shipper.
To protect your money, you'd better file a non-receipt dispute asap. check following post:
