My tracking number RC375545968CN has been in export custums scan for over 35 days
But I don't even no if it is defenatly my order as no way of checking

My order was for 3 Atvs but I was told china post only send 2 kg parcels .
My Atvs are about 350kg each?

If you parcel stuck in Customs over 1 months, normally it means the parcel can not pass security scan and will be returned to shipper. you should open a dispute and claim money back asap. check F.A.Q on how to claim money back.
