RA601726382CN seems to have problem to pass security check. if your protection date is expiring, open a dispute asap.

if you buy from ebay/paypal, aliexpress, they have a solution center to open dispute for non-receipt item. you can claim refund there.

how did you make payment.? Normally we strongly recommend payment with paypal which can open dispute against fraud and lost. If payment is not through paypal, you can hardly get your money back in case of lost or fraud.

i just make payment with westren uonion. i spoke to the guy and he said your post is caught by service coustmer you pay 100 usd i will heilp you . but there is no refunds
