Hi, I have a general question about the shipment of packages of China Post, just to understand the process a little better.

If a package is stuck in Beijing airport for a longer time, waiting for a flight to another country, whose responsibility is that? Is it China Post who is responsible for finding space on an outbound flight, or is it the post of the country of destination that is responsible for that?

China Post will be responsible for parcel lost. If the parcel is proved to be lost, China Post will refund money to SHIPPER. Since this is the procedure, Do NOT contact China Post (that is only waste of time).

The best protection for buyer is to contact your payment authority(such as ebay, paypal, aliexpress etc) claim refund. If seller can not prove the parcel has been successfully delivered to recipient, then paypal or aliexpress will refund you money.

Always remember, it is seller's duty to prove the parcel has been delivered, NOT buyer's duty to prove he/she has not received the parcel.
