Bonjour
depuis 11 jours le colis n'a pas bougé de la poste de Guangzhou quelqu'un peut m'aider le vendeur dit que le colis est partis mais aucune trace

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel left china on Dec 16. Now is busy season. You should wait 4 to 6 weeks to get the goods in Europe.

mais pourquoi autant de temps pour l expédition
le vendeur ma donné une date entre 12 et 16 jours

now is busy season. seller promise 12 to 16 days arrival is impossible. you should open dispute to seller for compensation.
