China Post Parcel#CK067239455DE
The post office rejected both delivery and third party pickup. Also they requested
ID checking before pickup while English name of Jack is not identifiable...

How can we arrange the re-delivery to third parties? The parcel is not addressed to a private Person, but to The Company Fast PCB Studio.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel is in the hand of china post clerk 周林杰, you can call his phone number 13694914595 and arrange pickup.

Is there a solution to contact this Person with email ? We have try to contact this person over telephone but we dont understand him. Can you help us to arrange pickup or check where is the problem ?

Unfortunately you need call the delivery postman. In China, English is not that popular, most postman do not understand English.
