Post Possible fake tracking number?

Hi i'm new to buying items directly from China and was wondering if this tracking number is fake? the tracking number is RS265142618CN It says Parcel#RS265142618CN is invalid, China Post has not received any parcel associated with ! What do i do? can someone please help me? thank you.

Hi,
This website: http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php says your numer is valid. You have to wait up to 10 days so your number appears in the postal electronic system. If after 10 days there is still no any update, contact the seller.

I bought the same item from a different seller on the same day & their tracking number works yet this one doesn't sorry but that doesn't add up to me.

For all i know that website could be fake sorry but i've already had someone screw me over very recently. If the China Post website says its invalid then to me it possibly is.

May I ask which website could be fake?

Take in consideration that this week there are holidays in China.

If you are worried that much why don't you contact the seller and ask whether your package has been physically sent? If there is someone who can help you out it's the seller, he/she could contact the carrier regarding your parcel actual status.

Just for the record, I have ordered two items with different sellers on the same day and two packages came 3 weeks apart. I had to wait a few days before I could track them, before that I got "invalid number" or "Item is not found at this moment, If necessary, please verify with the package sender and check back later" depending on the website I was using.
