It looks like it left China for Kuwait on the 19th of January, but it's not 100% clear from the tracking whether it did or not. The parcel's status can't be updated when it is in transit betwen countries, so that's why there are no status updates.

This type of parcel can take 30-60 days to arrive in Kuwait. If you don't get it by March 19th, I would open a dispute for lost parcel so you can get your money back.
