RB386394610CN i been waiting for update for this package and still nothing from china post. its been in shanghai since november 5 its november 19, when i ask for a refund the seller reject am so upset now. i cant get my package or my money back

that is all am seeing from November 5 its been at PVG its bn at Shanghai since November 5 and till now its not left for usa. thats old information

IM having the same exact problem with my order RB868784983CN not updating from it being at pvg 2weeks ago how did you find your package does the tracking number change once it has left china?
