Hello, thank you for your time.

I have shipped a parcel from the UK to Japan. But my parcel has travelled through ChinaPost Network.

RN718762744GB

^^ Last update is the 15th of December, After contacting RoyalMail (UK) and JPpost (Japan) we have no idea where the parcel is after leaving Tianjian, can you please help me locate it to figure out where it is :) xx

http://track-chinapost.com/result_global.php?order_no=RN718762744GB shows RN718762744GB destination is China not Japan. I believe this parcel was sent to wrong country. China Post might return this item to UK and let Royal Mail to send this item to Japan again.It will take a couple of weeks.

Thank you so much for your quick reply!

I can provide proof it was sent to japan, it stipulates so on my receipt. Do i speak to Royal mail about this to re-direct parcel to japan? or can china post help me? :)

Sorry to post again, I just called Royal Mail customer service and they said i should speak to you (chinapost) to see if we can re-direct the package to its original destination (Japan)

Please help, its a Christmas gift :) Thanks

I believe that China is only for transit, because if you look at the Japanese post office site, the package appears.

Again, thank you for the fast response! I really appreciate it.

I see, where it says "International Mail Service(Inbound)" - that's showing that the parcel is going to Japan? - i will try to get in touch with JapanPost again.
