Hello,
I need help with this shipment, it is 16 devices called R400 USB Wireless RF Remote Powerpoint control, they were bought on 11 nov, 2014. I have not received them. I've already posted a dispute in Aliexpress to the seller that does not want to return the money. The shipment is stuck in Export Customs Scan in China, so I would like to call to china post to know why? But I dont know a word in mandarin, so I need help somebody in china to call for me and ask.

I also read in the forum about new policy since November 2014 of CHina that parcels with magnetic items will cause safety problem to airline and therefore not allowed to be shipped by airmail. http://track-chinapost.com/?page_id=242/china-post-forum-group1/china-post-discussion-forum14/important-china-post-new-policy-thread7602

I really appreciate any help as the seller doesnt want to help me.

The parcel from China to South America might take 60 days during rush season. So your parcels are more likely to be delayed than lost. As you have already opened dispute to aliexpress, you can ask seller to extend the protection to end of this month, if seller does not agree to extend protection or extended the protection but still not arrive, you can escalate the dispute. Becayue seller can not prove you have received the goods, normally aliexpress will refund you money next month.
