Hi there,

My order (tracking number: RY703700669CN) was sent to the airline for shipment via China Post on December 20th according to my tracking number. However it has been 12 days and there are still no updates.

12 days should be plenty if it was already at the airline on December 20th..

Can anyone please help me to locate my parcel?

Now is busiest season of the year, airline space is tight. Your parcel is still waiting in airline warehouse. You need wait another 2 to 3 weeks to get the goods.

Can someone please help me track this number again RY703700669CN?

It's been another week. Three weeks since shipment accepted by airline but no further update!

It can't be sitting at the airline for three weeks!

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Dec 20. shipping time to CANADA will take 2 to 3 months. please wait some more time.

Unfortunately, shipping times to Europe have been much longer than normal over the holidays. Your item left China on the 25th of December, I wouldn't expect to see it in France before the end of January.
