My customer is very angry they have not received their package after a month! Can anyone help see what the status is? Tracking LS197813762CN

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel passed Fuzhou customs on Nov 30 and is going to JFK airport. Now JFK customs processing is very slow(waiting 4 weeks is very common). You might need wait one or two more weeks to get the goods.
