Hello, the tracking shows that parcel was been collected, but not yet arrived to export hub in Guangzhou.
You need wait patiently until any status will appear. If it won't appear to 31 December, you need contact seller.

if it passes the max delivery deadline which promised by seller, you should open dispute to seller for refund.

Good news, at least if you are in Qatar. Your package just arrived at the inbound mail sorting center in Doha.
