Hi

I would appreciate it if you could help me with some info. I am tracking my parcels mainly using track-chinapost.com link but they are getting stuck in certain spots on the tracking. I know it's close to christmas but they are getting stuck for a long time.

Please help, thank you..

My Parcels=

LX021891223CN - Stuck on 'Departure Export Customs'
LX034947703CN - Stuck on 'Departure Export Customs'
RO265124720CN - Stuck on 'Sent to Airline'

Your parcels have all left china. now is busy season. you can not see new status until UK customs releases your parcel to Royal Mail. this might take 2 to 4 weeks. please be patient.
