Hello, please help to find the parcels, the last their status was "shipped by air". It was on Nov 29th and Dec 2nd. The numbers are: RG927516747CN, RY652973065CN. Unfortunately my son will not receive presents from Santa on time. :(

now is very busy season. Register airmail is very slow. You probably need wait one or two more weeks.

Are you kidding me? Sorry for my reaction but this situation makes me be crazy. Parcels were sent one month ago!!! This time would be enough to go on foot from China to my country. It is not a busy season, it is very bad work. It was the last time I used this mail service. Sorry!
