I think they must be on an overload with sending parcels to the UK as i've been waiting for mine for the same time as you, it looks like they posted yours on the 12th of December even though you ordered on the 28th of Nov, so I guess you're in the same boat as me, as my parcel was also posted on the same day and have had no update since. Have been told it's due to christmas period where it is delayed. Might have to wait another week or 2.

Thought I’d get it for Christmas,I’ve got a delivery date for the 28th December or before but Royal Mails done now for Xmas so hopefully get it very soon...
