Hello,
Could you please explain me what the meaning of notes 48
The parcell was sended in 10 oct. but china customs sended it back to seller. I just want you explain notes 48 meaning if it possible.

Full message is - Shenzhen Bureau of international mail exchange, return, notes (48)

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was rejected in Shenzhen customs. you can not get the parcel anymore. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress, you should open dispute to seller for refund.
