Hi
I need help tracking my parcel to Australia. RI114326495CN. It was sent via Airmail and departed on 01.05.15. the status hasn't changed from "on route" since it left. The global tracking page does not give an estimated time for delivery to Australian so I wasn't sure how long I should wait. It has been 4 weeks.

Australia Post does not update foreign parcel status. So you can not know the exactly location after the parcel left china. Normally parcel takes about 4 weeks to reach Australia. If over 4 weeks and you have not got the parcel, you need open dispute and claim refund for lost goods.
