Hello,

i really could use some help with my parcel.

Tracking ID: CY705332525DE

Sent it around 2 months ago to china and since then its stuck at "shenzen blabla"

Please if someone can help me have a look at my tracking ID i would be very grateful.
And please dont send me that chinese post telephone number because i dont speak chinese.

Apparently there is no number i could call for speaking english.

the parcel arrived China over 2 months, but not delivered. It should be lost.

Since you can not speak Chinese and therefore can not call 11185. The only solution for you is request investigation with Germany Post office where you shipped the goods from. China Post will response to Germany Post request, but investigation might take very long time.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php show the parcel was rejected by china customs. Rejected reason: the item is not allowed to import to China.
