I have parcel stuck in China since 03/07/2014 , status: "import security scan"

RC903156823CN 2014 - Import Security Scan - Hangzhou -U.A.E 20140703 1047
how log it takes to get back to seller ? which shipping company I should contact to follow up/ push the shipment status???
please advise

The parcel was returned to the seller. Claim refund from PayPal or open a dispute.

Try contacting the seller and explain the situation and see if he/she would refund you.
If the seller refused to solve the problem, sign in on PayPal website and make a dispute transaction.
