Hello, I'd like to know where my package is?

I know it's in Malaysia, but it says: Delivery failed.

I have not been called about any package. So how could delivery possibly have failed?

Please get back to me. Thanks.

Pos Malaysia shows the parcel is in "MYKULA, Item en route to". You need contact local Pos Malaysia office and arrange pickup.
