Hello,

I've ordered a shipment and was given the tracking no

LZ271008904CN

Unfortunately, I'm unable to find any information about this shipment. Is this a valid number and has the parcel already been dispatched?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet.

If seller really shipped your goods, you can track shipment data from above page in 48 hours. So If you get the number from seller more than 3 business days ago and still shows no record, you should be cautious of fraud.
Which website did you buy from?

I bought something from Amazon and was given the number a week ago. I will contact the seller to see, if the package has already been given to China Post.

Push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track the parcel real info in next 3 days, you will open dispute to amazon against fraud.
