I've sent out parcel from Malaysia to Shanghai dated 14/07/2014, the parcel status remain unchanged for the past two weeks after arriving Guangzhou 21/07/2014. My friend had called 11183 and 11185 numerouos time to check on the status of the parcel and many different reasons were being given everytime when he called, and ultimately my friend was being requested to refer back to me as sender to check with the Malaysia Post Office.
