Post Parcel lost?!!

Hi,
I didn't receive my parcel shipped on the first of december 2017. Tracking number is: LM082061785CN.
I'm trying to find out where is my parcel, it's almost a month now..... Some global tracking websites shows that the item has been delivered, but I haven't received anything nor an atempt of delivery notice. I regularly receive mail to my address until today. I have contacted every possible courrier that operates deliveries in Germany but no one knows anything about this shipping....
Can someone help me find out what is going on?

LM082061785CN was delivered(returned) to shipper. You should open dispute to seller for refund.
