I’ve always received Epacket in 20-25 days, what do you think about this? :( LX042294504CN

Hi can you help me with my parcel? it seems there aren't any updates and maybe it has been lost. can you help me please? I'm worried. LX540738685CN

It's not just your parcel; unfortunately a lot of parcels sent to Italy in Nov-Dec seem very seriously delayed, not sure why. Many have been outstanding for over 60 days. If your buyer protection time is close to expiring, open a dispute. Otherwise, we can only keep waiting. 😕
