Hi, I bought something on ioffer.com and the seller sent me the tracking code RH965212264CN on 3rd June and the shipping is still pending. I cannot track it on china airpost website, could you check whether he actually shipped the product yet. Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RH965212264CN shows the number has no record. It is fake number. Your seller did not ship you anything so far.

If you paid with with paypal, you should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to paypal against fraud.
