Hi could you please inform me about the situation of this parcel? RG716310891CN its been 32 days to USA is it normal hence it was sent in the christmas period?.

USPS doesn't provide online tracking for parcels of this kind (Registered Mail, tracking number starting with R), so it's impossible to know from the tracking where the parcel is or if it was ever delivered. Parcels like this could take 4-12 weeks to arrive.

If you want tracking in the USA, you have to pay for ePacket shipping (tracking number starting with L) or EMS (tracking number starting with E).
