A better translation of that is "sent to airline" or "handed off to airline". Seeing it multiple times is common; it usually means that shipping space to your country is a bit limited right now. Each one of those updates is a new attempt by China Post to send the item out of China to France.

At some point the parcel will depart successfully and updates will stop for a while while the parcel is in transit. The next update after that will be when La Poste receives the parcel and scans it.
