I ordered an item which was shipped on the on 25.01.2018, the parcel has been stuck and has not moved since the 09.02.18 with the status "Delivered by air transport".

I am kindly asking for assistance to find out if the parcel will proceed to me or if I can get contact details to trace its location.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel was sent to airline on Feb 9. Normally parcel needs wait about 2 to 8 weeks to catch flight to South Africa and wait another 2 to 4 weeks to pass customs clearance in South Africa. You can not see new status before parcel passes S.A customs. The total waiting time can take 90 days.
