Tracking Number: LS389423006CN

I ordered three items from stylestox.com and for some reason my packages did not get delivered to my apartment. No reason was given and no note was left in my mailbox. I would like to know why the packages were not delivered and when can they be re-delivered.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel LS389423006CN was just shipped 2 days ago. It has not arrived arrived USA yet.please wait 2 to 3 weeks to get it.
