Can my packages be lost? It's now been 4 weeks since status dispatched to overseas and still not arrived to destination country Norway. Two packages did arrive after two weeks. Also my seller told me it will take 2 months for the currier to investigate what happened to the packages and after two months I will get new package or money back.

Thanks for replying, should I open dispute right away or wait 10 days, if the package is only delayed? The seller are very well known and do infact give refunds or send new packet without involving third party.
