What website did these tracking results come from? For me, RB425672431SG is showing "not found", which means nothing was sent with this tracking number.

The item was purchased on AliExpress and it's all written there, so I can not even find a shipment on a single tracking site. The item was purchased on December 10, 2017. What are you suggesting me to do? To open up a dispute?

If you are sure this is the right tracking number, then yes, definitely open a dispute. RB425672431SG is a Singapore Post Registered Mail parcel, you should be able to track it on http://www.singpost.com/ . Since it's coming up as "not found", your seller didn't actually send you anything.
