I've purchased for Xmas a gift from an american online shop on December 8th and got a tracking code LX042776974CN (shipped by EMS) and it seems like they show me the same status but on different days... what does that mean?

And thats what my order recipe says:
$4.99 via Standard Shipping(5 to 10 business days)

and thats from the website:
International shipping takes 8–14 business days

I did they will call them, but srsly today they made the same status are they playing or something? Never had EMS as a courier service
