Post Package stuck in customs?

Hi everyone,

my package, VV078174636ES it shows me the last state: Shenzhen center import customs cleared (domestic transit ), this what it means? i'm waiting for an attempt to delivery, because paypal will pay me the resolution, it would be possible that the package is going back to spain?

the parcel seems to have customs clearance problem. You should ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and try to pickup the parcel.

But if i'm sending the package, this part is my responsability or it would be for the receiver

Hello again,
the problem persists, and my local dealer says that the package seems to have passed the customs because it says "cleared customs", this situation how long could remain?

normally import processing only takes no more than one week. your parcel must have some problem. ask receiver call china post hot line 11185 and arrange pickup.

but I am the sender, I do not know how I can claim the shipment, i am from spain and destination is china, is there anything i could do? the phone number it's only in Chinese..

if receiver does not call china post , the parcel should be stuck there for a couple of weeks and then return to Spain.
