shipping time from china to South Africa might take up to 90 days, you need some patient.

Hello, this is Jeanette Dalton my tracking #LY192675415CN I don't understand status of my package. I paid for express service, but it is taking a long time. Could you verify and help me understand the status process of my package will I be receiving it soon. Thanks.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_usps.php?code=LY192675415CN shows USPS delivered your parcel to your mailbox on May 30. Check your mailbox, if you can not find it, contact USPS office in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA 23462 and inquiry delivery detail.
