Hi, as the title I accidentally entered the wrong country of shipment. The parcel was destined for Italy but by mistake will come in Germany . City , street, postcode and contact details are correct ones , how can I fix it? it's been a month, but the package has not arrived yet .

Hello , I think your package will be back to the post office and then back to the seller . It take long time is normal ...

then the package back to the seller ? Since tracing is in shipping . So if he comes back to the seller if he wants will not reimburse me ?

you should open dispute to aliexpress/ebay and claim refund.

I initially open the dispute , but then I closed after contacting the dhl global package that would return the country to the right , only that still no trace . It is not known what happened , in my opinion has never left .
